Property Check-In's
Whether it's a vacation home or weekend getaway, it is important to make sure your investment is safe in your absents. Joyfully Clean offers Property Check-In's, also know as House Sitting to keep you property regularly monitored and maintenance while not in use.
- We will conduct frequent visits to the property to check the condition of the interior and exterior. This will help with identifying any problems in the property, such as mold, flooding, leaking and other damages.
- Arranging for and overseeing repair, maintenance, housecleaning and landscaping services. We will let you know if that service you are paying for is actually coming.
- Joyfully Clean will provide a easy to use calendar that allows for a clear outline for when you, family or friends are using the property.
Preparing your Vacation Home for Vacation
If you have a Florida vacation home and would like to actually relax while on vacation, we Joyfully have you covered.
- Grocery shopping- provide us with your list, we have you covered. We will happily get your kitchen and bar stocked with all your favorites so you don't have to spend your sunny day in a super market.
- If you have a vehicle on the property, we can regularly start it to keep everything moving, clean it, fill it with gas, and take it for regular maintenance as needed so it continues to start up first try.
- We can take care of your outdoor area by take in smaller items that could be lost or damaged like lounge pillows, cushions, and umbrellas, cover televisions and fire pits. Then the day before you come back to your property we can put everything back out and clean all the tables so its like you never left (weather permitted).
- Fresh cut flowers make a home so welcoming. And nicely folded towels with miniature shower necessities are great too. We would love to make your vacation home feel as welcoming as possible.
